SNOP, part of FSD Group headquartered in France, is international company working in automotive sector. We are looking for“QUALITY MANAGER” for Izmit/Kocaeli plant. Our expectations are;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from related Engineering Departments,
• Minimum 10 years management experience in Automotive Industry,
• Strong understanding of the IATF 16949 and ISO14001,
• Experience and knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA/CP, SPC, MSA, 8D)
• Ability to perform process audits (FIEV, VDA),
• Knowledge and experience of Renault specific requirements is strong asset
• Understanding of technical drawings,
• SAP knowledge is asset,
• 3D measurement equipment and methods knowledge is asset,
• Professional knowledge of MS applications 
• Fluency in English both in verbal and written,
• Pro- active, quality and result, change and improvement oriented,
• Planning, organization and problem-solving skills,
• Team management, coaching and leadership experience,
• No military obligations for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Exhibit leadership skills and actively manage team-oriented activities promoting a positive working environment,
• Develop the company quality system in line with Group system and customer requirements,
• Deal the claims of quality of customers and ensure the implementation of immediate actions and conservatory measures,
• Ensure the implementation , the follow up and checking the efficiency of the plans of corrective actions of no conform products,
• Manage all supplier quality process,
• Follow-up the company KPI's and animate the improvement actions,
• Supervise all control activities and audit (internal and external),
• Lead the new project activities,
• Define, staff, and develop quality organization,
• Cooperate with group companies and prepare periodic reports,
• Integrate new quality techniques and methodologies,
• Define investment plan of Quality department,
• Implement on site the ISO 14001 -environmental policy -defined by Group,
