Socotab Yaprak Tütün is one of the leading oriental leaf Tobacco merchants in the world, supplying quality, compliant oriental tobacco to the world’s top cigarette manufacturers and is looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate to join Operations team as Operational Compliance Safety Supervisor.

Qualifications

·         A Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Food Engineering or similar,

·         3 years or more relevant experience in production environment in multinational companies

·         MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook),

·         Very good command of English both written & verbal,

·         Ability to work in shifts when necessary,

·         Active driving licence, ability to travel when necessary

·         High level of planning & organisational ability,

·         Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills,

Job Description

·         Developing analysis and follow up for department requests,

·         Coordinating the laboratory team according to production plan and providing necessary trainings for lab team,

·         Providing required activity reports to management,

·         Performing and providing support to timely production controls,

·         Preparing and coordinating QA test results and sharing information with related departments,

·         Following customer manuals, constantly keeping Lab personnel and equipment up to date,

·         Providing analysis according to in line with customer requirements and methodology.

·         Preparing lab equipment, lab documents and maintenance activities for pre-production,

·         R&D 

·         Budget preparation and follow up
