Socotab Yaprak Tütün is one of the leading oriental leaf Tobacco merchants in the world, supplying quality, compliant oriental tobacco to the world’s top cigarette manufacturers and is looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate for “Commercial Services Specialist” position.

Job Description:

Reporting to Commercial Services Manager with dotted line reporting to CRM Manager, the position will be mainly responsible for;

• Collecting information and creating various market, customer and sales related reports by following up the purchasing and production processes.
• Preparing and maintaining the sales forecasts, sales plans, sales distribution lists, tracking lists and other customer and shipping related reports.
• Maintaining and updating respective SAP modules and other specialized systems and platforms.
• Supporting CRM activities by keeping available stock lists for offer preparations.
• Implementing new customer processes/ formalities within the existing Compliance Program.
• Tracking the process of shipping and export activities for reporting purposes.
• Organizing and controlling sample dispatches to customers.

 Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or similar disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, planning, reporting or similar position
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Programs especially Excel and Macro
• Advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
• Proven problem-solving skills with an ability to cooperate with various departments
• Good knowledge of SAP is an asset
