QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields,
Having at least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance and Internal Controls or Consulting (Risk based process audit experience is a must),
Experience in investigation studies is a must,
Advanced level of English both written and spoken,
Use MS Office programs at advanced level,
SAP experience is a plus,
Having CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) knowledge, CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificates is a plus,
Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels within the organization,
Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and reporting,
Ability to evaluate the details and make connections between subjects and events,
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
An analytical mindset with a high degree of attention to details,
The ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement,
Team player,
No military service restriction for male candidates,

Job Description

Conduct investigations and examination studies and prepare the required reports,
Carry out both field and central audits,
Carry out audits within the framework of international internal audit standards,
Examine processes within the framework of audits and, identify risks,
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operations by examining business processes and developing suggestions to provide saving and increase customer satisfaction,
Assist in conducting investigations,
Monitor compliance of the business processes and information systems with company rules and other related regulations,
Prepare audit reports within the framework of audit outputs,
Follow the regulations and developments closely in the sector and professional audit field,
Carrying out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards,
Preparing and organizing working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope and results of examination,
Executing audits in a professional manner, and in accordance with departmental standards and the audit program,
Following up on action plan progress and ensuring that the recommendations are implemented in a timely manner as committed by the process owners.
