Our Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree 

·        Min. 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment will be a great asset (especially in the technology industry or consultancy)

·        Advance in English

·        Advanced skills in MS Office Programs

·        Multitask

·        Excellent reporting skills

·        Self-motivated and used to work under pressure

·        Written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and reporting aspects are strong.

Your Responsibilities

·        Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates and timely results for the hiring managers

·        Mapping the passive candidates in the industry to create talent-pipelines for prospective business needs

·        Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best cases for inspiration

·        Supporting the design & execution of talent initiatives
