Professional skills needed:

• 3+ experience in managing software development projects
• Experience managing multiple SCRUM teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience in building development teams, hiring and people management
• Ability to prioritize and spot quickly urgent tasks that need immediate attention
• Methodologies RUP or PMBOK/PMI.
• Certification in Scrum and Agile is a plus
• Fluent in English

As a plus:

• Certification in Scrum and Agile is a plus
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies and principles of software design
• Experience with blockchain technologies
• Experience in the fintech domain
• Experience in the gaming domain
• Previous experience as a developer or BA.

Your responsibilities are:

• Lead scrum teams
• Participate in the pre-sales activities by delivering presentations, collecting requirements, making estimates
• Oversee and improve delivery processes such as release planning, quality of product, deployment, etc.
• Collaborate and make a technology decision
• Motivate and provide guidance to development teams as well 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery
• Collaborate with product, business stakeholders for a clear understanding of business goals and targets
