• Experience with programming, scripting and querying languages
• Knowledge of Linux & Windows operating system concepts, networks and internet protocols, such as TCP/IP, SSH and HTTP
• 2-to-7 years of IT or software development experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information science, mathematics or related field
• Should be able to collaborate with consultants and other subject matter experts across the internal and external landscape using Turkish and English languages
• Male candidates should not have military service obligation for at least two years
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to learn, innovate and work independently is essential
• Reliable team player who is open to collaboration
• Advanced problem solving skills and critical thinking
• Any programing, scripting and query language background such as Java, SQL, Unix Shell or PowerShell
• Interest in NoSQL, data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence in IT operations (AIOps)
• Technical knowledge on any of the following concepts or technologies is a plus:
  • Network and systems monitoring such as Solarwinds
  • Application performance management such as Riverbed
  • Event management such as Netcool
  • Log management and analytic platforms such as ElasticSearch/ELK Stack
  • Time series databases and analytic platforms such as InfluxDB/TICK Stack
  • Data visualization such as Grafana
  • Data streaming such as Kafka

İŞ TANIMI

This role will be part of a team responsible for the design, test, implement and manage monitoring and event management tools as well as integration with external systems

• Developing custom monitoring applications using programming or scripting languages
• Integrating monitoring and event management tools with external systems
• Applying analytics and machine learning techniques on streaming data
• Creating alert definitions based on static, dynamic thresholds and anomaly detection
• Designing dashboards and reports using various query languages and visualization tools
• Maintaining and developing in-depth knowledge and pursuing state-of-the-art technologieS
• Installing, administrating and troubleshooting of monitoring tools
