What skills do you have?

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines
• 3 - 15 years working experience in Oracle Database Management
• Experience with Dataguard, Rman
• Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded, Self-motivated
• Experience with Exadata preferred
• Experience with Goldengate preferred
• Experience with Linux, AIX preferred

What you will do?

• Manage and maintain production Oracle Database
• Planning, installing, configuring and implementing Oracle Database
• Planning, installing, testing, and implementing Oracle Database upgrades and patches.
• Support and participate in Disaster Recovery exercises
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 operational support
• Monitor database performance and derive solutions for performance problems.
• Discover, learn and implement new technologies
• Analyze and resolve technical problems
• Provide guidance on good database design and implementation practices to Developers
• Ensure compliance with database policies and procedures
