Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment. 
 
We are looking for a “Bellboy” with the qualifications below:

Qualifications:

·         A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected by guests and Soho House members

·         Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time

·         Being approachable and reliable

·         Ability to be flexible as the job changes

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary

·         University or college degree

·         Team player with good communication skills and

·         Calm ad courteous at all times

·         Ability to work in a multi cultural environment

·         Previous service experince is plus

·         Goodlooking and no military obligation 

·         Spoken and written fluency in English

·         Opera knowledge is a plus

Job Description:

·         Responsibility for the care of hotel guests throughout their visit

·         To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service

·         To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guests – with a smile and making eye contact

·         To deliver luggage to room upon check-in and picking up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the lobby

·         To be fully familiar with the hotel layout

·         To fully understand the bedrooms layout as well as their features and equipments

·         To work as ‘Doorman’ when entrance needs a staff to lead the guests.
