International Senior Assistant Brand Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

International Senior Assistant Brand Manager position that will carry the responsibility of brand/brands & some countries among the 120 countries of Şölen to reach the business targets.

We are looking for you if you have;

• Bachelor’s degree from one of the top Universities (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering)
• MBA will be an asset
• Experience of 2 - 4 years brand management career in the FMCG industry
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• A proven track record of succeccfully managing projects in all aspects of marketing(Brand strategy and positioning, Product Development, Creative/Media/Social Agency Management, Pricing, Marketing Budget Management & Market Research
• Broad Knowledge of Trade Marketing
• No obstacle for travelling abroad. May travel up to 20% of the time
• SAP experience is a plus

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team;

• You will identify the needs of each market, prepare marketing plan to grow the brand/brands and lead the execution to reach business objectives
• Coordinate & implement all marketing projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising agencies)
• Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategies
• Lead Product Development Projects
• Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans
• Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets
• Reports to the International Marketing Manager. 
• Brand positioning, Product Development, Creative Agency Management, Media Agency Management, Pricing, Marketing Budget Manegement & all other marketing aspects.
