 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with Şölen’s Brand Teams and Creative Agencies; the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks, for all Şölen brands:

·       Planning, executing, tracking and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns (including all web, social media, display, database marketing, etc.) that connect to the business strategies, data insights and brand objectives,

·       Continuously A/B/C testing and delivering new approaches based on the results,translating performance data into impactful insights to drive core business objectives

·       Managing the digital marketing budget,

·       Growing the Marketing Team’s digital marketing capabilities,

·       Following global trends, pilot, evaluate and scale projects based on these trends,

·       Supporting e-Commerce Team, when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Adminstration, Economics, Engineering or a related field,

·       3+ years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in E-commerce / FMCG / Retail companies (experience in a Digital Marketing Agency would be a plus),

·       Have deep knowledge & experience about measurement, evaluation and success criterias of digital channels,

·       In-depth knowledge and experience of web site & mobile analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and etc.), social media platforms and best practices

·       Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns,

·       Strong project management skills,

·       Analytical minded, data and result oriented, team player,

·       Ability to lead multiple projects and support multiple teams at the same time,

·       Advanced written – oral English is a must

·       Male candidates should have completed their mandatory military service.
