We create digital products and Excel templates for global markets and are looking for a teammate to develop spreadsheet solutions for businesses worldwide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Excel Templates Development: Developing ready-to-use and professional Excel templates from scratch. Improving existing products. Writing/modifying VBA code to create useful macros. Making market research to find out the gaps and needs through different industries.

Custom Spreadsheet Solutions: Understanding the client's needs and coming up with suitable solutions for their business. Setting up mathematical models and applying the relevant business knowledge to spreadsheets/code. Maintaining professional communication with customers via conference calls and other channels.

Technical Customer Support: Answering technical queries, customer questions/complaints via live support and emails on a daily basis by making appropriate referrals.

Explanatory Videos & Guides: Recording screencasts and explanatory videos for the templates developed. Writing down user manuals. Working with the content team to deliver high-quality product descriptions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • BS or MS degree from reputable universities (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Sciences and related fields are preferred)
  • Quite comfortable working with MS Excel and able to write VBA code
  • Having at least 2-3 years of business experience and understanding of the workflow through different departments (financial modeling experience is a plus)
  • Ability to convert real-life business problems into mathematical models
  • Very good command of English language
  • Having heard of or at least eager to learn subjects such as Optimization, Inventory Management, Invoicing, Data Visualization, KPIs, Dashboards, Sales Reports, Budgeting, Pricing and so on.
