QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for high potential candidates for Sales Force Effectiveness Executive/Senior Executive position with following qualifications and responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Administrative Faculties,
- Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in SFE, business/sales analytics, trade marketing or sales development,
- Excellent command of English,
- Self-motivated and open-minded, high potential for continuous learning and development,
- Proactive and result oriented, autonomous with strong accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively build relationships across people and teams on all organizational levels,
- Demonstrated strong analytical and creative thinking skills,
- Experience with Sales Force Effectiveness framework (Sales force segmentation, targeting, KPI setting, sizing, territory design, incentive and compensation planning),
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce),
- Planning & organizational skills with project management experience
- Highly developed MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint),
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Execution of sales force planning processes such as segmentation & targeting, KPI target setting, sales quota setting and incentive compensation plan design,
- Establishing a dashboard of KPIs to be used by sales teams to measure sales performance and instill a culture of analysis, learning and performance,
- Determining problems and diagnosing causes by interpreting sales data and sharing development areas with line managers,
- Designing balanced scorecard and incentive compensation plans for sales force to increase employee engagement, motivation and ultimately profitable growth,
- Taking an active role in development and execution of Agency Sales Management System (CRM Tool) in coordination with other departments such as IT, BI, Marketing and Sales,
- Managing all content, U/X and technical development activities of the Sales Management System,
- Reporting the Sales Management System outputs, sharing them with the relevant Business Owners and identifying areas for development,
- Supporting regional managers and sales representatives about the tools, systems and ongoing projects,
- Defining new sales roles according to needs and re-structuring sales organization with HR collaboration,
- Designing and deployment of sales force training programs to increase technical knowledge level and competencies,
- Contributing to planning and execution of Sales Targeting System for setting quarterly and following up realizations.
