Sosyal Yazılım is currently looking for a dynamic, organized, enthusiastic, self-starter Product Designer to join its Istanbul Office.

About the Role: 

You will plan and oversee product vision from a high level as well as execute designs at a detailed level for our suite of web and mobile products. You’ll be working closely with the Product Owners, Managers and Engineers to ensure that usability is at the core of the products being created. This role embodies a passionate, creative, yet pragmatic design doer & leader that can empathize with customer needs and behaviors.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects through the product development lifecycle, working closely with Product Managers, Owners and Engineers as we understand problems and iterate through solutions,
• Plan and execute user research, deploying all the tools  to understand user motivations, habits, and workflows,
• Distill your work into highly engaging and functional sketches, wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and hi-fidelity designs,
• Communicating and presenting these ideas to both technology and commercial stakeholders,
• Advocate for design and user research best practice across the organisation with excellent user experience and , helping to build our design culture and systems.

Goals

Within fortnight,

• Learn the design workflow of the developed application.

• Ready to be included in the interface development and market research cycle,
• Understand the relationship between product design and codebase.

• Create and deliver Product design documentation for mobile and desktop platforms.

• Design interfaces, models for production by using user experiences,
• Research and compare new technologies and other company’s production to improve application.

• University degree is required,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in user experience design,
• Experience with design tools, such as Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Marvel etc.,
• Basic understanding of web + mobile development processes such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English,
• Demonstration or portfolio of wireframes/workflows of user interface/interaction design required,
• Experience working cross-team and synthesizing feedback and input from product management, engineering, full-stack product design and marketing,
• Tackle design problems, combining both intuitive and analytical thinking.
