He/She works as "Indirect Procurement Manager" at Sözal Kimya located in Kestel/Bursa; we are looking for an energetic teammate with the following characteristics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Broad experience with supplier contracts and agreements, additionally project management within multi-disciplinary teams

Demonstrates best cost sourcing in a technical environment

Excellent Communication skills – ability to communicate effectively at all levels

A good command of written English

Proven contractual negotiating skills

Confident, engaging and assertive

A good listener with the ability to influence

Competency on MS applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), MRP,ERP

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop strategic sourcing plans, including “make/buy” decisions and adequate risk assessment
• Develop and deploy the procurement strategy for commodity and indirect spend
• Supplier Rationalisation
• Contractual Negotiation and agreements
• Total Acquisition Cost Reduction
• Method of Supply (Schedules, Kanban, VMI-Vendor Managed Inventory-, Consigned Stock etc.) Projects
• Supplier selection process
• Participation on process design and validation (PFMEA)
• Project/product cost management
• Coordination of R&D, P&D and suppliers, including cost reduction activities
• Control of scope and deliverables
• Order placement
• Management of costs and quality Supplier Management
• Performance management – quality, delivery and cost
• Ensure clear and effective communications
• Total Ownership of Supplier Relationship
• New product introduction – reducing time to market
• Authorized Economic Operator (AEO- YYS in Turkish) Responsibilities
• Provide continuous improvement actions
