We are looking for a “ Digital Commerce (E-Commerce) Marketplace Executive” who will be a part of our team!

Key Responsibilities;

• Managing the communication with marketplaces.

• Assist in trading activities across several marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Morhipo, n11 etc.), taking actions to boost revenue and/or bottom-line performance, incl. stock management, pricing and promotions

• Build & maintain relationship with our third party partners & account managers to help optimise performance

• Lead reporting and data analysis to identify and escalate areas of under and over performance

• Monitor core marketplace KPIs and account health, escalating and resolving performance issues as and when they arise

• Identify, assess, and implement opportunities to improve revenue and/or bottom-line profitability

• Support launches of new marketplaces and new product development

• Participate in content creation and SEO across all marketplaces

• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders

• Project management of the digital sports guides for the customers, easing the product decision, enhancing the user experience.

• Supporting the brand awareness marketing campaigns.

Our requirements;

• Graduated from Universities Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering and other similar departments.

• Minimum 4 years experience in e-commerce and buyer processes.

• Understand merchant business needs in an ever-changing business environment and determine success criteria accordingly,

• Has knowledge of basic retail mathematics.

• Medium knowledge of using Google Analytics.

• Willingness to data analysis, reporting

• Dynamic pricing & stock management.

• Intermediate knowledge of using Ms Office applications 

• Prone to teamwork, people-oriented communication skills

• Has a data-driven working method
