We’re looking to add a new member to our Process team. This role is based in İzmir,Turkey.

Your role ...
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Must have minimum 2 years experiences in an automotive supplier environment in Customer Service or Sales or Logistics department

Fluency in English, both written and oral

Fluency in French, both written or oral

Good interpersonal skills

Good PC and main frame computer skills, familiarity with EDI, ASN, main OEM customer portals and Canias are assets

Must have knowledge of export and/or free zone operations

Your role ...
Works closely with Planning & Logistics functions

Responsible for decisions shipping of orders, either OEM or aftermarket, and all related paperwork internal and external to meet customer requirements

Responsible for maintaining records, internal and external, of customer owned containers and production plant packaging, ordering and inventory control of same

To maintain customer communication systems for both ASNs and inventory control on a daily basis that affect customer ratings

To handle customer contact in a professional manner

Fully responsible for giving accurate information to the customer and for detailing accurate information about each order which determines production.

Responsible for design & improvement of customer packaging as well as maintaning packaging instructions of the finished goods on the shopfloor

Responsible for managing communication with consignment warehouses
