We’re looking to add a new member to our Process team. This role is based in İzmir,Turkey.

Your role ...
 

• Responsible for increasing efficiency and reliability of current CNC machines by

                 -Defining capability improvement needs and related actions

                 -Cycle time improvement by optimizing NC program,fixturing & tooling

                 -Cutting tool improvements in terms of cost and quality

• Prototype production inlcuding fixture concept, programming, production & validation
• Responsible for technical support and optimization of existing and upcoming programs and processes in terms of design, method or process changes
• Error proof activities (Poke-Yoke)
• Necessary instructions & documentation for production crew and product like work instructions, PFMEA & PFD
• Training of production crew
• Internal & Customer 8D team member of process related issues
• Responsible for preparation of upcoming machining processes 

Your profile…

•  A degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 yrs. experience in the machining process
• Must have knowledge of technical drawing/GD&T, NC programming, tooling, fixturing & basic vertical/horizontal machining centers
• Must have experience of related automotive tools FMEA,PFD,SPC
  
• Good command of  machining process, deburing, washing processes
• Good command of written and oral in English
• CAM and Robot programming knowledge would be an asset
• Excellent communications, negotiating, conflict management, and problem solving skills
