We are looking for an “Financial Controlling Specialist" role, reporting to the  Plant Controlling Lead, for our Group, which is one of the leading companies in automotive industry located in Manisa.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, reporting and controlling area,
• Good understanding of IFRS and Turkish GAAP,
• Have good planning and organizational skills; be a proactive team player and able to work autonomously,
• Ability to work with deadlines,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Having big four audit or fast follower experience is an asset,
• Automotive experience is an asset,
• SAP FI Module, SAP CO Module and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience is an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing month end IFRS closing,
• Preparing monthly Financial KPI reports,
• Preparing yearly TTK report,
• Preparing yearly audit pack and quarterly investment report,
• Contributing to the foreign shareholder financial reporting package preparation process,
• Preparing ad hoc reports about plant and performing analysis about IFRS cases,
• Supporting yearly budget and forecast preparations.
