Responsibilities:

• Collects and prepares data for compensation and benefits related analyses
• Works closely with local HR partners to consolidate and validate the data
• Performs costs analyses and forecasts, providing data and insights to stakeholders
• Actively involves in preparing annual headcount budget and consolidation of reports to be presented to the shareholders
• Assists merit and incentive calculations for all locations
• Checks the quality of data
• Works closely with the HRIS Lead to develop and generate reports from IT systems, SAP and other databases, and performs data reconciliation – involved in the configuration and testing of new HR Information systems
• Contributes in the compensation surveys
• Run the audit reports and informs C&B Manager about the results of audit tests
• Advices and guides other members of HR team on C&B topics
• Assists developing and applying C&B policies and practices
• Works closely with the expats and prepares expat packages
• Supports Payroll Team if needed
• Participation in 16949 Quality Management System, 14001 Environmental Management System, 18001 OHS Management System, 27001 Information Security Management System, Business Excellence

Qualifications:

• University Degree
• Min 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills, and good with numbers
• Strong knowledge in excel
• Specialist know how in compensation & benefits principles
• Fluency in English is a must,
• SAP and Success Factors knowledge is a plus.
