Job Description

• To define new machinery and equipment technical requirements, creating specifications.
• To do machine capability studies.
• Making all kinds of supplier negotiations regarding machinery and equipment, carrying out preliminary acceptance and commissioning processes.
• To support all kinds of improvement activities within the continuous improvement cycle. 
• Documenting the process conditions in the new applications commissioned and giving trainings to the mass production team.
• Analyzing and commissioning the applicability of change requests in process conditions.
• To ensure that best practices and experiences are shared and documented on a regular basis between other plants.

General Qualifications 

• Strong analytical, Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, teamwork, ability to cope withstress, negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Knowledge and experience with automation systems (PLC, SCADA etc.)
  
• Preferred to knowledge of automotive, rubber or plastic industry
• Fluent in English 
• Willingness to travel
