• Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) 
• Advanced in English
• Experience & Trained in Lean Manufacturing Tools & Techniques 
• Self initiator, eager to learn and self developer 
• Lead & Coach improvement activities 
• Moderating workshops & Training associates 
• Willing to travel 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establishing Lean mindset throughout the plant,
• Implementation and deployment of SPPS - Standard Profil Production System. Organizing and coordinating roadmap, driven activities, Ensuring cooperation and coordination between departments, functions and processes, 
• Spreading the lean vision in organization and ensuring associates’ involvement, 
• Establishing Production System infrastructure. Defining and conducting trainings for all associates in order to creating lean culture, defining Production System tools and techniques and prioritizing according to business objectives, 
  
• Mentoring and coaching lean leaders in application,
• Monitoring and reporting the progress of implementation and all activities, 
• Creating solutions for issues that might prevent the success of the activities and support project leaders in eliminating the barriers, 
• Best practices sharing and deploying.
