Job Description :

• Lead the all changes and improvements on the production machines, preparing the technical specifications and controlling the activities.
• Define the criteria and creating the technical requirements as parallel for global specifications of SP for new machines.
• Conducting necessary technical negotiations with suppliers during the new machinery and equipment procurements.
• Performing for all the pre-acceptance activities that will be required TR local and abroad for the new machines and lead the commissioning on site.
• Lead the all activities for extrusion line configuration changes and organize all related works with other departments.
• Participate the new process applications in extrusion/mixing and makes sure that machines and process capabilities and calculating the CPK analysis.
• Preparing the all process requirements of new materials trials in order to performing the new materials trial on extrusion & mixing process.
• Preparing the annual budget requirements, conducting the payback calculations for new machinery investments and preparing the Cer budget requests.
• To provide samples and trials of special materials required for mass production.
• To ensure standardizations for each line in all machines in the extrusion process.
• To support the problem solutions related with process design & machines in order to get input to problem solving activities.
• Demonstrates an open and collaborative approach in all areas of responsibility and exchange the knowledge with other group plants.
• Participate with R&D activities in terms of new process applications and leading the innovative project related with machinery & process.
• Effectively managing the process teams in engineering department.
• Effectively monitoring the department KPIs and review as weekly basis and able to plan the detailed actions to maintain the achievement of target.

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Strong analytical, Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, Teamwork, ability to cope with stress, Negotiation skills
• Process and machine knowledge
• Preferred to knowledge of automotive, rubber or plastic industry
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Ms Office
• SAP experience is preferred
• Willingness to travel
