Sales Engineer

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering preferably mechanical engineering.
• 1-3 years experience in simillar position, proven work experience with Japanese OEMs is a major plus to this position
• Fluent communicator in English, second language is a plus
• Active driver, willing (without any restriction) to travel internationaly.
• Best use of powerpoint, excell, SAP. Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to understand (basic level) technical drawing.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and develop business with identified key accounts
• Interact with the key customers purchasing teams while developing relationship on trust and an understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Prepare and best present the company, products and services.
• Understand the technical complexity of SP products and services together with sales skills
• Identify potentials and seek new business (RFQ) included (or not) in company’s business plan.
• Prepare costing, challenge cost parameters with costing department to ensure competitive offer.
• Prepare quotation, follow the sourcing process untill new business nomination.
• Serve as a link of communication between the customer and internal teams to make sure all activities are on time and in good quality; provide sales support.
• Perform regular follow-up and reporting to ensure annual and long terms objectives are maintained.
