Within our increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for qualified manager for “Area Sales Manager” position in our Robotics Division in Tuzla - İstanbul. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• University degree in Electronics/Electrical, Control or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university,
• At least 7-10 years of sales and management experience, Robotics experience is a plus!,
• Very good command of English and second language (German,French etc.) would be a plus,
• Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills,
• High energy level and ability to work in teams,
• Solid technical background and understanding of technical concepts,
• Experience with IT tools (Microsoft PP, Excel, Word, CRM plztfroms etc.),
• Must possess excellent customer relation's skills,
• Result oriented with proven sales record and long-term determination,
• Proven conflict management and negotiation skills,
• Should have a valid driver license with an active driving skills,
• Residing in/or possibility to move Istanbul Asian side, flexibility and willingness to travel>70%,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION           

• Reporting to the Sales Manager of the division will work as a sales minded engineering specialist who will provide customers a comprehensive consulting and project planning assistance in close cooperation with the integrators/end users for Stäubli robotics product portfolio,
• Understanding the markets needs, USPs to develop business plans / roadmaps inline with divisional strategies and policies in his/her area,
• Increase awareness, market share and presence in Turkey,
• Find new customers and expand customer portfolio,
• Evaluate customer needs and provide in-depth technical support with the technical sales support team,
• Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by customer, market, product and report on market dynamics, competitor activities, field execution,
• Work in close cooperation with Global / Local Business Heads, Business Development Managers and Market Leaders to develop startegical plans for the dedicated markets,
• Define and achieve the KPIs in the responsible area,
• Participating in various events (trade shows, seminars, in-house events etc.) and actively presenting company solutions, products, values,
• Daily, monthly, quarterly reporting of the activities,
• Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies,
• Weekly reporting of the activities to the management,
• Quarterly sales reporting to the Division Director,
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to help managers make strategic decisions,
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and profits,
• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
