QUALIFICATIONS

The Staubli Group is a leading technology group which is known worldwide as the manufacturer of shedding and weaving preparation systems for TEXTILE industry, a rapidly growing international industrial robots manufacturer and a major address for quick connecting systems. Within our strong and increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for qualified engineer for "Service Engineer" who will give support to after-sales activities within TEXTILE DIVISION at our headquarters in Istanbul.

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Textile Engineering
• 2-3 years experience in maintenance field service or weaving is a must.
• Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills.
• Must possess excellent customer relation's skills
• Result oriented and long term determination
• Team player, high motivation
• Self discipline, close follow up
• Good level of English is a must.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Aged below 35 and based in İstanbul
• No restriction for domestic and international travel 
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform preventive maintenance on customer site
• On-site interventions for urgent customer requests (Diagnosis and repair procedures)
• Completing required service reports
• Build and maintain strong relations with the customers and the integrators
• Understand customer needs and can offer them best solutions
• Evaluate customer needs and provide in-depth phone support through hotline
• Improving customer knowledge for best product performance
• Increase and enhancement of brand awareness via best level of customer service
