It Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist for our multinational Energy Trading Company, which is called Steag Energy Trading and located in Maslak İstanbul. 

Responsibilities: 

• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

• Assists end users with hardware and software applications and/or network usage problems and provides problem resolution. 

• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications. 

• Implement projects to improve the productivity in various IT systems..

 • Provide support and development/configuration for trade application and related modules together with the application vendor. 

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in  Engineering Faculty (or equivalent experience) or a technical degree in two-year vocational high school.

• 3 years of experience in IT systems and applications. 

• Proven ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams 

• Project and agile delivery adherence 

• Experience in the energy market is a plus. 

• Must be open to continuous development. 

• Must possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill. 

• Fluent in English
