Administration Officer

STRAND LEGAL DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ

We are an international Immigration Law firm based in London. We are looking for a teammate to join our Istanbul branch in Nişantaşı, Şişli. The successful candidate will be trained to assist the manager and the existing team. Full training will be provided; no experience is needed.

Person Specification

·      Demonstrating a passion for learning new skills

·      A university degree is a must

·      Strong command over Turkish and English

·      Excellent IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications

·      Excellent communications skills to work effectively with all types of people

·      A good Team Player who is determined to build the business and its reputation

·      Maintaining strict data protection and confidentiality at all times

·      Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently

·      Positive energy and creativity are a must

Job Description

·      Handling correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters

·      Providing administration support and assistance

·      Organizing meetings and greeting clients

·      Working closely with fellow team members and outside business contacts

·      Carrying out specific projects and assignments as instructed by the manager
