GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

The Mining Engineer / Field Service Representativeis a technical professional following technical onsite activity at the customers and potential customers in the water treatment industry inTurkey, Kayseri. The person is responsible for: Service activities onsite including water/process analysis, ensuring dosing of the products, following stock on customers warehouses, reporting results to customers and internal supervisors/managers and working on an agreed service plan by their supervisor/manager. The candidate will attend an internal Graduate program and upon the successful graduation will be evaluated to take a wider role as an Account Manager in line with the need of the organization within 2 years.

The following activities are a guideline; others can be part of the job scope.


Minimum requirements

  1. Minimum BSc Degree in Mining Engineering

  2. Minimum 2 years working experience

  3. Fluent English

  4. Computer literate

  5. Valid driving license

  6. For male candidates, military service completed

  7. Clean criminal record

Useful skills or abilities:

  1. Strong customer focus and sales mentality

  2. Good communication skills

  3. Strong Team focus

  4. Strong cooperation skills

  5. Mining related experiences are preferable

  6. MS degree in Science/Engineering/Economics would be an advantage

Travel Requirements:

  1. Able to travel within the country or abroad

  2. Frequent travel including flights outside of the geographic area when needed

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) supplement-Tasks and responsibilities

  1. EHS compliance;

  2. Equipment Start up and Commissioning;

  3. Site Surveys;

  4. Management of Repairs/Maintenance/warrantee;

  5. Minor assembly, as required;

  6. Customer reporting/Data processing;

  7. Support for costing of contracts;

  8. First line trouble shooting;

  9. Technical training;

  10. Contractor supervision if required;

  11. Participation in Piloting and Field trials when required;

  12. Servicing of Chemical Accounts;

  13. Participating in the local team meetings to share best practices.


EHS:

  1. Employee is obliged to acquire and apply the knowledge essential for safe work/operation.

  2. Employee is obliged to check the state of working related tools, equipment and vehicles as well as assure their proper use and conduct basic maintenance tasks accordingly.

  3. Employee is obliged to provide a valid driving license or training certificate before using conditioned work tool or vehicle as well as inform employer in case of document expiry promptly.

  4. Employee is obliged to wear the required work outfit and observe all rules and regulations regarding accessories, hairs-, nail-, watch- and jewelry wear in order not to cause contingency.

  5. Employee is responsible for the provided individual safety equipment, its proper safekeeping, use and daily maintenance.

  6. Employee is responsible for keeping discipline, order and cleanliness in his/her workplace.

  7. Employee is obliged to attend the required medical examination/check-up.

  8. Employee is obliged to report any kind of injury, sickness, potential risk of disorder, breakdown to employer promptly and expected to cooperate in preventing hazardous situation threatening life, physical safety and environment.

  9. Employee is obliged to acquire how to handle work-related chemicals and hazardous materials (MSDS) and apply safety rules accordingly.

  10. Employee is obliged to observe all safety rules even under occasional/temporary assignments and stop operation in case of direct fire, accident or environmental risk as well as prevent unauthorized access to equipment

  11. It is the responsibility of all employees to voice concerns regarding the ability to meet customer expectations and comply with all parts of the Quality Management System.

  12. It is the responsibility of all employees to do their best during their work to achieve the suitable quality of our product.
