Being an international contractor with diversified interests and operations spread to 4 continents and 11 countries since 1989, Summa is looking for a Finance Director to be located at the Head Office in İstanbul, Seyrantepe.    

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields, MSc/MBA is a plus,
• 10 years experience in financial managerial position,
• Advanced Excel Skills, (Competent in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PPT user)
• CPA (SMMM) certificate is an asset,
• Excellent command of English (verbal & written), French is a plus,
• High sense of responsibility, adaptability to strict deadlines,
• Team leader with good organizational and analytical skills,
• Effective and strong communication ability,
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Good time management skills,
• Professional discretion and confidentiality.

Job Description

• Responsible for achieving the financial & strategical goals of the company by supervising day to day operations including finance, controlling, reporting, accounting, strategy & planning, 
• Follow the developments related to the financial future of the Company, and to inform the Board of Directors of any risk that may be encountered,
• Analyze market trends by managing financial feasibility studies,
• Manage the relationships with banks and financial institutions,
• Access new sources of financing according to the company's short, medium and long-term cash flow situation,
• Manage cost efficiency and risk analysis studies,
• Coordinate audit processes and provide necessary documents and information,
• Continuously develop finance skills and knowledge to support the personal and professional development of the team.
