Being an international contractor with diversified interests and operations spread to 4 continents and 11 countries since 1989, Summa is looking for Technical Manager - Airport employed at Airport Operation in Niger.

 Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering (Electricity, Electronic, Mechanical), or in a related or technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience,
• At least 5 years of experience in the management of Technical Operations in the Aviation Industry,
• 3 or more years of experience in Aviation Special Systems : BHS, VDGS, GOS, X-Ray, CCTV,  Bridge, Access Systems,
• Good level of English or French writing and speaking,
• The ability to determine what processes and best practices are most conducive to productivity, transparency, and coordination,
• Ability to manage teams and projects spanning multiple geographic regions (international),
• Loves fast paced environment and learning new technologies,
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.,
• Experience in Mechanical, Electricity, Air Conditioning Systems, Low and High Voltage etc. Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Breakdown interventions,

Job Description

• Ensuring that mechanical, electrical, electronic and sanitary systems are kept in operation, and periodically maintained and repaired,
• To ensure that Aviation Special Systems and related systems are kept operational, periodically maintained and repaired,
• Budget, profitability, etc. managing financial processes such as
• To make the management and work plan of the technical team, to establish a daily, weekly and one-year work program and to ensure that these are done in full compliance,
• To prepare the payrolls of the technical team, to control, approve and follow up the technical demands and expenses,
• To monitor the use of company resources and to ensure the efficient use of the fixtures used,
• Performing periodic checks at technical sites,
• Preparing annual and monthly reports,
• Determining the knowledge, skills and behaviors required for the development of technical personnel and providing the necessary training,
