IT OFFICER

SUMMIT STEEL TURKEY

Requirements:

• Good English skills both verbal and written,

• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration with a completed IT related education,

• Knowledge and experience of MS Windows, Office, PC Hardware, Printer, Network,

• Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience in IT Support /Help Desk/Technical Support roles,

• Analytical thinker with decision skills, open to research and learning,

• Strong communication skills and team worker, result and solution-oriented,

Job Description:

• Installation, configuration and supervision of every components of the IT landscape,

• User-Helpdesk – supporting the employees in technical questions,

• Documentation and backup of internal IT processes,

• Realization and documentation of internal IT projects, like soft- or hardware implementations, Updates or enlargements of the IT scenery,

• Ensuring maintenance for PCs, Firewall, IP Camera, IP Telephone services,

• Management of Network (LAN), Hosting, Security,

• Solutions for technical problems and requests related to PC, laptop, printer, etc.

• Follow up of corrective actions related to technical problems and requests until problem is solved
