We are looking for an experienced Corporate Risk Senior Specialist and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics from a reputable university,
• Minimum 4-year experience in the fields of Risk Management/Audit or Internal Controls, especially in governance functions – enterprise risk management experience, is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications,
• The consultative mindset with the ability to effectively interact and influence people at all levels,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team,
• Result oriented, good team player, well disciplined and well organized,
• No obligation of military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Corporate Risk Management Function is responsible for designing, implementing and executing the Risk Management Program by coordinating enterprise-wide efforts to risk management by providing pro-active guidance and consultancy on risk-related matters. Corporate Risk Senior Specialist contributes to the development and maintenance of an Enterprise Risk Management Plan.
 
Some of your primary duties will be as follows:

• Identify potential risks, incidents, and problems before they occur.
• Assist with the development and execution of the risk management plan.
• Support business functions in developing efficient risk treatment strategies and follow-up implementation of defined action plans.
• Maintain Risk Register and conduct risk assessments in particular areas.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the risk management strategy.
• Act as an advisor to business units on risk-related matters.
• Prepare periodical risk reports to Executive Management.
• Promote organizational compliance with the risk framework and policies.
• Drive process and systems implementation and improvement.
