Commercial Business Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Business Intelligence Specialist and a good team member, who will work at SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

• Bachelor degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics & Mathematics or related fields from a reputable university,
• Advance knowledge on MS Excel,
• Understanding of database concepts / logic (not in an expert level),
• Experience with a Business Intelligence tool is a plus,
• Lean management experience is a plus,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills,
• Strong reporting and analyzing skills,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken (knowledge of German is plus),
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning,
• Able to work both independently and as a part of team,
• Advanced problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset,
• Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Being good in human relations, having good communication and discussion skills,
• Will be located in Antalya.

İŞ TANIMI

The Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) department is responsible to convert data into information and support all commercial teams with reports / analyses / presentations to take the right decisions in a very short time. This role will focus to analyze data for better decisions and work on different solutions for more efficiency of the commercial teams.

The CBI Specialist is responsible for:

• Working closely with the CBI team to increase the data/analysis quality,
• Working closely with the owners of other data sources (IT, SAP, reservation system provider, etc.) for continuous improvement on data/reporting quality,
• Understanding the needs of commercial teams and creating necessary data structure and business intelligence solutions,
• Projecting automated solutions for periodic needs,
• Checking various processes for potential improvements,
• Supporting CBI team in the fieldwork with quick/smart and high quality of solutions.
