We are looking for an experienced 'Customer Relationship & Feedback Management Assistant Specialist' a good team member, who will work at SunExpress Headquarter Antalya.
1. High School Diploma or similar
2. Several years of industry related work
3. Technical knowledge as well as good knowledge of XQ/XG products
4. Good knowledge of CRS & MS-Office Products – can be learned on the job
5. Excellent command of German written and spoken (native); Good command of English
written and spoken
6. Computer competencies, e.g. MS Office Applications
1. Approving processed responses to customer feedback by the service provider with an eye to ensuring fast processing within the Service Level Agreement
2. Ensuring optimum customer service and supporting the service provider in resolving customer's issues and inquiries
3. Preparing service provider performance reports and other reports as required.
4. Control of invoices to do with the department in line with contractual agreements
5. Assisting in quality control of the service providers in line with contractual KPIs
