Logistics Coordination Specialist (ANTALYA)

We are looking for Logistic Coordination Specialistand a good team member who will work in SunExpress Antalya Airport Logistics & Customs Department.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in related fields (i.e. Business Administration / Logistics / International Trade)
• 3 years of work experience in Logistics/Cargo or related field
• Good level of English written and spoken.
• Having strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, problem solving, organizational, analytical thinking ability and open to innovation and improvement,
• Team oriented,
• Good planning and organization skills,
• High learning capacity,
• Be able to work in shifts for male candidates.
• Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines,
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record(at least B),
• Strong computer skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination of international and domestic inbound or outbound material with SunExpress Technical Department.
• Responsible for efficient shipping and receiving capabilities for Logistics Management.
• Logistics Specialist  role is the ability to evaluate multiple options to move each freight lane and consistently work with the team in making low-cost, high-service choices and mode of transportation needed.
• Responsible for Shipment of Hazardous Goods according to IATA regulations.
• Coordinating the exchange of information for concerned subjects between Logistic Department and Logistic Service Providers.
• Taking cost-reducing measures by coordinating with the logistics companies and following the quality of service received.
• Follow up the daily logistics activities of the customs department. Keeps them informed of all inbound and outbound shipments and ensures that providing all necessary documentation to them.
