Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for Salesforce Solution Architect and strong team member who will work

in SunExpress Headquarters.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects,
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds (preferably having related certifications),
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls,
• Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools,
• Experience with the Lightning Framework and JavaScript frameworks, design patterns,
• Development experience using Apex and Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, as needed; as well as declarative tools: flows, process builders etc,
• Proven competence working cross-culturally,
• A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude,
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results,
• Experience in working in an Agile methodology and capable of providing iterative solutions to a number of complex challenges.
• Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions,
• A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams,
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive.

Responsibilities:

• Work various parts of the organization across system landscapes to support business solutions and bring together business requirements with innovative technologies and guide the strategic solution definition,
• Understand and leverage reusable patterns, practices, and reference architectures to drive and define business and architecture solutions,
• Define business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs,
• Create and maintain business and application architecture documentation as needed, together with the delivery teams,
• Define the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes,
• Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,
• Analyze complex business problems, determine feasibility, and best fit, facilitate solution ideation and selection, and develop solution design summaries to guide requirement writing and development for new application implementations, change management, upgrades, migrations, integrations, etc.,
• Collaborate with Application Analysts to ensure business needs and requirements are clearly identified, addressed, and consistent with solution designs,
• Review and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs,
• Keen on understanding our customers’ pain points and acting as their trusted technical advisor,
• Review solutions and recommending improvements,
• Effectively define and articulate the architecture and technical concepts in business language,
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce,
• Aware of and able to enforce security, quality, and best practices standards throughout the development cycle
