PEOPLE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

We are looking for People Relations Specialist and reliable team member who will work in Antalya SunExpress Plaza under Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate will have skills and minimum 4 years experience in the following areas:

• Communication and Employer Branding,
• Strong project management experience,
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented nature are essential,
• Persuasive, positive and passionate about HR communications,
• Background in large multinational corporations is highly desired,
• Excellent Adobe CC software skills,
• An understanding of the recruitment industry is a benefit but not essential,
• Excellent Turkish and English written and verbal skills, German is an advantage.

İŞ TANIMI

Your responsibilities will include 2 areas of expertise:

1. External HR Communication

• Define the Employer Branding strategy.
• Developing various activities designated to potential candidates for raising company's profile and image on the labor market.
• Handle all press releases for HR purposes.
• Developing and sustaining the Social Media plan for SunExpress Human Resources.
• Developing recruitment campaigns and organizing recruitment fairs and workshops, in Europe and within Turkey.
• Build yearly strategy and action plans for communication & activities.
• Respecting the Brand Guidelines.
• Work closely and share best practices with SunExpress Germany.
• Liaising and networking with a range of third parties such as Student Associations and Universities, colleagues, suppliers, media and partner organizations.

2. Internal HR Communication

• Design the internal communication process for the SunExpress Employees.
• Define the HR image on the company website.
• Implement and sustain internal communication tools.
• Handle internal communication around all events and activities for team members.
• Build yearly strategy and action plans for communication & activities for internal activities.
