TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced AOG Procurement and Maintenance Planning Specialist and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Airport.

• University degree in especially Industrial or any other Engineering areas, Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years Technical Procurement, Technical Supply and/or Maintenance Planning experience.
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced MS Office applications. Wings software knowledge preferrable.
• Having high coordination & strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills for the best economic conditions.
• High level of problem-solving skills.
• Decisive and result oriented.
• High level of cost awareness.
• Ability to be proactive, independent and self-organised as well as drive to lead initiatives.
• Must possess organizations skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Airline background is preferable.
• Will work in shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinating and controlling Technical Department procurement and maintenance planning activities.
• Supply required aircraft parts, materials, tools with the best economic conditions as per the given due dates of requisitions in line with the approved standards and regulations.
• Coordinating logistics and customs processes.
• Monitoring and controlling performance of provider.
• Preparing reports related with the operations.
• Analysing operational costs and risks and take all necessary precautions on time.
• Involving in ongoing projects related to Technical Procurement and Maintenance Planning Department.
• Involving in negotiations with suppliers to get better pricing conditions.
• Coordinates aircraft maintenance in accordance with established procedures and time tables.
• Ability to monitor and update maintenance plans, documents, files and schedules.
• Must be capable of scheduling maintenance requirements using computerized aircraft maintenance forecasting systems.
• Control and approve invoices related to Procurement activities.
