GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduated from vocational school or universities' information technology departments,

• Fluent in English (preferred),

• Having knowledge about Network Devices (switch, router, firewall, VLAN, modem, ap…) installation and maintenance,

• Experienced in Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and applications (Active Directory, Internet Information Services, MS Office..),

• Having knowledge about installation, update and support of Windows PC, server, printer, scanner devices,

• Preferably having one and/or more of the relevant certificates,

• Knowledge of Antivirus, VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP, Network, LAN, WAN management,

• Knowledge of backup systems (Veeam, Acronis..),

• Experienced in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V),

• Analytical thinking, solution and result oriented, prone to teamwork and strong communication,

• Following technological developments, open to self-development

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establishing and managing all computer, hardware (printer, scanner, camera, handheld terminal…), software and network infrastructure within the company in accordance with company procedures and standards,

• Server management, backup and installation from scratch,

• Regular backup, vpn connection and log checking,

• Computer/software inventory and license follow-up,

• To respond quickly and professionally to the software/hardware problems and demands of the users in the operating system, office software and applications, and to provide solutions,

• Keeping mail and internet security under control,

• Preparation of IT-related documentation,

• Managing Windows, antivirus, firewall updates
