Now, we are hiring Bell Captain to join us in Bodrum.

Bell captain primarily responsible for the supervision of all bell desk staffs, activities and also up keeping of desk area. The bell captain is also responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them with a found farewell. He should make sure all luggage, letter, courier and message movements are tracked and accounted.  

Principal Accountabilities

• Managing the operation of the Bell team,
• To organize the study program,
• Managing the buggy operation,
• Checking the cleaning and maintenance of buggies
• Standing at the entrance door of the hotel to greet and greet guests with a smile according to the time of the day
• Assisting and organizing the luggage of incoming and outgoing guests
• Ensuring that the notes received by the reception are taken to the guests' room
• Ensuring the luggage room is safe and decent
• Make sure that the hotel entrance is in order and clean
• Fulfilling and following the duties assigned by their superiors.
• To prevent the guest from getting wet with its large umbrella in rainy weather
• It is necessary to ensure that guest cars are protected and safe while parking.
• Always keeping the front of the hotel empty and tidy so that vehicles can easily approach
• To regulate the parking traffic by changing the places of the vehicles parked in front of the hotel when necessary
• To ensure that the front of the entrance door is empty
• Keeping the mats clean and neat
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• High school or equivalent education.
• Computer knowledge 
• Previous experience in 5* Hotel 
• Team player
• Flexibility to work in different shift
• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Innovative
• Pro-active and Reliable
