Now, we are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor who must have;


Core Activities

  • To assist Guest Experience Ambassador in the operations.
  • To check the room blockage of the guests on Arrival and to fulfil the special guest requests.
  • To ensure the order of the documents in Shift.
  • To check whether the registration cards are entered completely or not.
  • Immediately informing/informing the issues that he cannot solve.
  • Checking the reservations of VIP guests and the set-up preparations of their rooms, meeting the guests at the desk and dealing with their requests.
  • To examine and resolve problems faced by guest relations personnel,
  • To educate employees about guest relations,
  • Maps, directions, restaurant brochures, shopping guide etc. must be available at the desk
  • Helping guests if they have special requests (room decoration, restaurant reservation, etc.)

Competencies

  • University degree from a related school
  • At least 3 years experience as a Guest Experience Supervisor
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experienced in MS Office programs
  • Highly motivated and solution oriented
  • Good listener, calm, empathic
  • Negotiator, punctual, patient.

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate)
