We are looking for a big thinker who can bring together customer needs, business goals, and the latest technology into a cohesive vision and deliver upon it. 

Product Manager leads the overall vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for mobile app-specific features and functionality while also partnering with other product managers to adapt core ecommerce features. This role combines business strategy, data/analytics, user experience, customer feedback and technology to develop seamless customer experiences, whether it is to ultimately buy online or purchase in store.

Product Manager has prior product management experience in online retail space and is familiar with the latest technology and trends. He/she is able to operate efficiently in agile to deploy product that continues to raise the bar and meets timelines. This person is able to analyze user data and extract business requirements from multiple stakeholders to transform them into usable and elegant product specifications.


  • Serves as the voice of the customer with a deep understanding of the customer's needs and effectively communicates those to the team
  • Owns the product backlog, continuously reviews, refines and drives prioritization of the product backlog,
  • Defines the epics that drive the detailed requirements for an assigned product
  • Champion prototypes and experiments throughout the incubation process, to include requirements gathering, user story creation, early implementation, and initial adoption / maturation.
  • Define and document product requirements, user stories, initiative scope, functional specifications, wireframes and business logic as needed in an agile prototyping setting.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and correct any problems, and continuously iterate on feature and functional enhancements.
  • Independently generate new product ideas, research/ analyze them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas into products.
  • Ensure products are delivered on schedule and with high quality results.
  • Brainstorm with our UX team on A/B test concepts to continuously understand our customer’s behavior in order to improve existing products and features that drive higher engagement.
  • Runs monthly business reviews for the product and monitors product KPIs to ensure success metrics are being met, prioritizes options for improvement or enhancement.
  • Tracks scrum team’s velocity and optimizes delivery to ensure the most valuable work is always delivered first.
  • Leads product backlog grooming sessions.
  • Works with cross-functional Product Managers to drive work across other product teams and helps move and prioritize work into other product backlogs.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years experience in digital/ecommerce product management.
  • Passion and understanding of exemplary user experience in e-commerce/ m-commerce. Keeping up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and changes is a must.
  • Experience leading successful website/mobil app development projects: defining and communicating specifications, managing resources, leading cross-functional teams and managing on-time implementation.
  • Superior ability to manage short- and long-term projects simultaneously, trading-off resources to achieve company objectives.
  • Experience in usability labs, or studying user interaction with products, and interpreting site analytics.
  • Knowledge of design principles and best practices in user experience design, app navigation, information architecture, and traffic retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into action.
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior level leadership.
  • Team leading and people management experience is not must but a strong plus.
