International Sales Representative (Spanish, English)

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Surgery TR is a private limited company registered in Turkey who offers affordable and quality private medical procedures by specialist doctors at internationally certified healthcare providers in Turkey.

Surgery TR’s network of private clinics are based in Istanbul and Izmir focusing on Cosmetic Surgery, Obesity Treatment, Hair Transplant and Dental Treatment.

Main responsibilities :

• Respond to patient inquiries on email, via call center, instant messaging or online chat
• Provide information on medical treatments, partner healthcare providers and doctors
• Quote prices on medical travel packages
• Arrange phone/video consultation appointments with doctors and assist patients with the translation during consultations
• International patient representative will accompany the foreign patients as a translator and company representative during their transfers (including airport transfers and local transfers), doctor appointments, hotel check-ins/outs when necessary
• Follow the patient's full itinerary and provide information about treatments and the patient's timelines.

What we require:

• Fluency in formal written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Excellent command of MS Office programs such as MS Excel, Word and Google Apps for Business

• Experience in a related sector will be an asset

• Organizational skills, multi tasking expertise, interpersonal skills, communication skills
