       Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field.

At least Two year of work experience a similar role in hospitality field.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is necessary; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.

Knowledge of Opera is required.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work cohesively with other departments and other team members.

Superior communication skills

An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.

Job Description & Responsibilities

             Represent the Hotel Manager and other senior managers 

             in their  absence,  taking full responsibility of the hotel

Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise

Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required

Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas.
