1. PLANNING AND COST CONTROL ENGINEER

We are looking for a Planning and Cost Control Engineer having the following qualifications to be employed in our company for our projects. Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience on international industrial plant projects, factories, petro chemical projects, and power plant projects
• Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing team oriented environment. Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized
• Excellent knowledge in Autocad, MS Office, Primavera P6, and MS Project softwares
• Familiar with demanding and strict HSE requirements
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German language skill is a plus
• Good communication skills and well-motivated
• No obstacle to travel other countries and stay there long term

Job Description:

• Managing entire project scheduling programme, provide a good monitoring, Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis and mapping of all major milestones for all major activities
• Regularly review the contractor’s and subcontractors’ schedules as compared to master schedule and provide comments to Technical Office Manager for corrective and recovery actions regarding with contract compliance
• Regularly calculate the progress of the project both physically and financially
• Comparing the actual progress with bas eline schedule in terms of both physically and financially
• Tracking the procurement and purchasing
• Tracking the actual cash-flow with the planned cash-flow to analize the status of the project

• Ability to review schedule forecasting and provide forensic delay analysis
