JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Provide technical support to End-users 
• Responsibility for internal help desk 
• Maintenance of backup and monitoring daily network infrastructure 
• Administration of internal servers 
• Orientation, Training and preparation of manuals for new colleagues or for new technologies. 
• Maintenance and operation of Asset Management activities 
• Support for Hardware and Software problems within SLA 
• Operation and Management of all User End-to-End activities with User Management System 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in related areas including Information Technologies, Computer Sciences. 
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, at least 2 year of 1st level IT support 
• Experience in Backup and Restore tools; 
• Advanced knowledge for IT Applications (PC Configuration, DNS&DHCP Management, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO,MS Office and OS knowledge) 
• Experience in Network systems such as TCP/IP, Firewall(Checkpoint and Fortigate), WAN, LAN, VPN, APN etc. 
• Experience in requirement management. (Documentation, technical specification)
• Solution oriented mindset 
• Great team player – capable of taking initiative proactive and innovative approach, prone to team work
• Good level of English (both written and oral) 
• No military service obligation for male candidates 

- ITIL certificate is a plus

- Microsoft Certificates is a plus

- BPM knowledge is a plus

- Microsoft Exchange (basic knowledge)

- Office 365 (basic knowledge)

- Experienced with Computer Hardware such as Laptops, Desktops, Servers, printers including network - peripherals (good knowledge)

- Will be taking care of the daily tasks, such as ticket system.
