QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sysmex is a market leader in the field of clinical laboratory testing and health information technology products and services — supplying laboratories, hospitals and healthcare organizations worldwide.We are currently expanding and are seeking experienced Technical Support Engineers with initiative and drive to join our team as Technical Support Engineer.

  • He is responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions necessary to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with Sysmex's range of products
  • University degree in Mechanical/Biomedical/Electric or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in IVD market or technical support/field service experience handling biomedical equipment or related products
  • Candidates with experience in servicing and troubleshooting Hematology , Urinalysis products / instruments will have an added advantage
  • Result-oriented and creative with strong analytical skills
  • Resourceful and effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focus with strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates
  • Willingness to travel within and outside Turkey
  • B class driver's license (should be active user)

Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for Sysmex's customers in Turkey

Provide technical support for customers to ensure customer needs are met

Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department's KPIs are met

Report issues and customer feedbacks to supervisor or regional support team on monthly basis

Review and maintain spare parts needed to support local operations

Handling of service calls, repair and preventive maintenance and related technical support work

Assisting the Technical Service in running the training center, including lecturing and presenting to internal and external customers.

Performing other job related duties as assigned
