We are looking for "Technical Manager" to work in the manufucturing/technical department.

To be evaluated in Technical Manager or Technical Chief position a candidate must have;

• Graduated from the Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities, (Masters degree is a plus)

• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and at least 2 years of experience in the Executive position,

• Good command of Pharmaceutical Production Equipment and Auxiliary Systems processes,

• To know the production and infrastructure machines,

• To be familiar with GMP guidelines and rules,

• To be experienced in the execution, organization and control of mechanical, electrical, maintenance-repair processes,

• To be experienced in the execution of feasibility projects related to technically required investment studies,

• To be reporting and planning knowledge, can manage a team,

• To be strong in communication and presentation,

• To be result oriented, disciplined, high energy with analytical thinking skills.

• To speak English fluently,

• To be able to use MS Office programs effectively,

• For Male candidates must have completed military service,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that periodic maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipments in the enterprise are carried out according to the planned maintenance and repair methods,

• Assigning plant workers who are qualified for maintenance and repair to provide approperiate technical service,

• In case of working with external services in maintenance activities, organization to better cooperate with external company and external teams during their activities,

• Manage the processes related to occupational health and safety of Technical Services,

• To maintain, repair and operate all electrical energy supply and distribution systems including UPS, diesel generators, breakers, transformers,

• Taking part in carrying out factory electrical maintenance and automation activities,

• Inspection of the assembly of electrical systems and components of new production machines,

• Carrying out electrical-electronic maintenance activities of production machines,

• Checking electrical-electronic projects and carrying out related maintenance activities,

• To prepare electricity energy saving projects,

• To acquire IQ-OQ (assembly and functional capability) qualifications of production machines,

• To provide maintenance and installation of telephone and network data lines,

• Checking and reporting the work of subcontractors in the responsible area,

• Periodic maintenance and repairs are done on time, accurately and completely in accordance with GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) rules,

• Realization and follow-up of document management regarding Maintenance and Repair processe.
