It works with the aim of maintaining the domestic success in the field of agri food supply, increasing its international reputation with transit trade, and discovering new markets with its increasing know-how, expert staff and market experience.

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Specialist to work at our Head Office located in Maslak/Sarıyer, İstanbul.

Key Accountabilities

In the role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing import and export transactions by the specifications and instructions
• Ensuring safety is prioritized in all operations
• Reviewing and preparing contracts
• Execution of import and export operations and follow-up of the process via customs brokers, agents, and surveillance companies
• Organizing the loading/discharge operations and documentation for the imported/exported goods
• Controlling and reporting the cost of the import and export operations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Eager to learn and willing to build up a career in foreign trade
• The native Turkish language is a must
• An advanced level of English is a must
• An advance level of Russian is a plus
• A vital negotiation skill with the service providers/suppliers is a must!
• Knowledge of (L/C) Letter of Credit knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Customs & Agriculture Regulation is a plus
• Problem-solving capacities and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
